Connect Intelligent Cloud enables you to add assets without a device. Although you won't be able to monitor them, this feature facilitates comprehensive inventory management.
1. Navigate to the Explore Page:
Visit the 'Explore' page on the main menu.
2. Initiate Asset Creation:
Select the '+CREATE ASSET' button. This is how to add new assets to your system.
3. Enter the Asset Details:
After clicking '+CREATE ASSET,' a 'Create Asset' dialogue box will appear.
Input the name of your asset in the 'Asset Name' field. Then, from the 'Asset Type' dropdown, select the appropriate category that best describes your asset.
4. Save Your New Asset:
Confirm the details and click 'CREATE' to save your new asset to the system.
5. Viewing Your Asset in the List:
The new asset will now be listed on the 'Explore' page. To locate it quickly in the future, apply the filter “not digitized” in your search criteria.
