In Connect Intelligent Cloud, you may need to unpair a device from an asset for various operational reasons. Follow the steps below to unpair your device.
Step 1: Navigate to the Explore Page
- Use the main menu to navigate to the "Explore" page.
Step 2: Search for Your Asset
- Find the asset by scrolling through the asset list or using the search bar.
Step 3: Open the Asset Details Page
- Once the asset is located from the Explore page, click on the asset's name or "DETAILS."
4. Unpair the Device
- Select the 'Manage Asset' tab.
- Choose 'UNPAIR DEVICE' and confirm the action in the pop-up window that appears.
