Where to Find Sensor Information

Here's how to locate the detailed information of any paired sensors within the system:

Find Sensor Info Via the Devices Page

Step 1: Navigate to the Devices Page

• On the main menu, select "Devices." 

Step 2: Locate Your Asset  

• Enter the asset's name in the search bar to quickly filter through your list. 

Step 3: View Asset Details

• After locating your asset, click on DETAILS to navigate to the Asset Details page.

Step 4: Review Sensor Information

• While on the Asset Details page, find all associated data, including product name, product ID, Vendor’s device ID, serial number, ITSS ID, NFC UID, registration date, system ID, mounting time, mount location, and pairing status.
