How To Locate the Device ID

Quickly accessing detailed information about your devices is essential for maintaining and monitoring your fleet's performance. Here’s how to pinpoint the data you need:

1. Navigate to the Devices Page

• • From the main menu, enter the "Devices" page. This is the central hub where all your devices and their information are catalogued.

2. Locate the Device

• • • Use the search bar at the top of the Devices page to enter the asset name, product name, or device ID. 
    • Click on the device once you locate it from the Search dropdown

3. Identifying Device IDs

• • Find each device ID listed under the 'Vendor’s device ID' column.
