How To Locate the Device ID

Accessing detailed information about your devices is essential for maintaining and monitoring your fleet's performance.

1. Navigate to the Devices Page:

From the main menu, enter the "Devices" page. This is the central hub where all your devices and their information are catalogued.

2. Locate the Device:

Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter the asset name, product name, or device ID. Once located, click on the device.

3. Identifying Device IDs:

Find each device ID under the 'Vendor’s device ID' column.
