Staying promptly informed when an event is triggered is vital in effective fleet management. You can set up triggers to send notifications, either to yourself or to your team members, through email or desktop alerts. Here’s how to customize these notifications:
1. Navigate to the Triggers page:
Select "Triggers" from the main menu and browse the list of triggers, or use the search bar to find your trigger more effectively.
Once you've identified the correct trigger, click "DETAILS" to enter the Trigger page.
2. Select How To Receive Notifications and Who They Should Go To:
Under the "Actions" heading, select how the notifications should be sent, either via e-mail or desktop notification.
If you select the e-mail option, enter the emails of the people you wish to receive the notifications.
3. Save:
Save your progress by clicking the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page.
